Michelle Haselton is a local teaching artist from Calpine, California, specializing in Fiber Arts and Pine Needle Basketry.  Through her wanderings in nature, she finds connection and inspiration for creation, translating that expression of deep belonging in her art.  Using naturally collected and sourced material, Michelle's art offers an experience to connect with awareness to our natural world.  As a teacher, it is with intention of reviving the lost arts, with a love of connecting others with their own individual expression and offering a space for connection with ourselves, our community and the Earth.
