​Founded in 1981, Plumas County Arts Council (Plumas Arts) is the region’s central hub for cultural advocacy and artistic growth. As a proud local partner of the California Arts Council, we work to enrich our community through the State-Local Partnership program, offering vital resources for residents and local creators.

Town Hall Theatre

We operate the historic Town Hall Theatre, hosting cinematic screenings and live performances that highlight our unique mountain talent.​
