Wine in the Woods

After many wonderful years, Plumas Arts has decided to move away from Taste of Plumas and institute a brand-new event called Wine in the Woods. This event will take place on Sunday, May 21, 2023 from 2-5pm and will be hosted in Greenville, CA at Wild Plumas Glamping site.
Sample some of the best culinary establishments in Plumas County and taste delicious wines all in one beautiful location at a festive community gathering.
This will be a special and beautiful event you won't want to miss!
The event benefits Plumas Arts, the county’s most active and resourceful cultural organization with a diversity of programs that serve our area with arts education programs, gallery of resident artist’s work as well as producing and co-producing many of the performances and cultural events across the county and providing information and support for artists and events across the county. Plumas Arts also manages theTown Hall Theatre in Quincy.

Wild Plumas Glamping Site
Wild Plumas is a 50-acre private ‘Glamorous Campground’ located in Greenville, CA. They offer secluded sites and safari-style tents so you can rest, renew, and reconnect. They are a small family-run operation committed to the preservation and protection of this land. Located off Greeville-Wolf Creek Road, Wild Plumas did not lose any property or facilities to the Dixie Fire.
Directions from Quincy:
Take Highway 70/89 north. Continue 10 miles and turn right on Highway 89 towards Greenville. Continue 11.5 miles through the town of Greenville and turn left on Main Street. Proceed 1/4mile on Main Street and turn right on Greenville Wolf Creek Road. Continue 1.2 miles down Greenville Wolf Creek Rd and turn right at 1323. Follow signage for event parking.

Take Highway 89 south from Chester/Highway 36. Continue 19 miles. Turn right on Greenville Wolf Creek Road. Cross the bridge over the creek and turn left to say on Greenville Wolf Creek Road. Continue 1.2 miles down Greenville Wolf Creek Rd and turn left at 1323. Follow signage for event parking.

Plumas Arts is renting the entire Wild Plumas facility for Sunday May 21 for our event. Event attendees will be able to stay overnight at Wild Plumas after the event. Tent camping or camper vans are welcome. Alternately you can rent one of the four Wild Plumas tent sites from us. Reservations Required.

Glamping Site: $175 (amenities listed below)
