Attention all fans of Crosby Stills & Nash: On Wednesday, June 18th, the Town Hall Theater is the place to be for an evening of your favorite music!

Southern Cross, Wooden Ships, Woodstock, Ohio, Laughing, and Suite: Judy Blue Eyes are all on the set list, along with a lot more. This is the third in a series of benefit concerts for Plumas Arts organized and performed by local musicians.

This one is being put together by Tommy Miles (guitar and keyboards), and will feature a formidable band composed of Penny Berry on guitar, Greg Sawyer on bass, Steve Risley and Doug Swantner on drums, Dude Berry on percussion, and Gordon Wilson on lead guitar. As the fans know, tight vocal harmonies are an essential element of this music, and Miles, Penny Berry, and Matt Heyden have been working on those perfect blends, along with a newcomer to the Quincy music scene, Mari Erin Roth. The show will also include the talents of Lance Barker, Michael Braley, Ken Cawley, Dave Ludington, Andrew Ohren, and Mary Lynn Risley.

Together they’ll play music spanning the career of the supergroup, along with the later solo work, with a few Byrds and Buffalo Springfield songs thrown in.

Come on out, hear some great music, and support Plumas Arts!

Admission is $10 for Plumas Arts members, $12 for non-members, and kids under 16 get in for $7. Tickets are available in advance from Plumas Arts and Quincy Natural Foods and at the door on the night of the show. Call 283-3402 for more information.
